Weekend Paddles

Ever thought about giving paddleboarding a go, but just haven’t got round to it? Or perhaps you’ve tried it in the past and fancy doing it again. Paddleboard Maidenhead is a family run business based close to Boulter’s Lock, and run weekend sessions all year round. 

These sessions include guided river trips, SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) Starters for absolute beginners, safety, skills and rescue, paddle parties, family paddleboarding and they also hire out their boards.

Most of the sessions run on the River Thames, with starters lessons on the lake at the Maidenhead Sailing Club (Summerleaze) or on the Jubilee River.

You’ll also find information on what to wear, what to take with you on the board. They are able to provide you with buoyancy aids, paddleboards (unless you have your own), dry suits in the winter and wetsuits or shorties if you wish. Insurance and the river licence are all included.

Run by qualified professional paddlesports coaches, they will be able to advise you with any query you may have.
