Try Softball: Free Softball Sessions in Maidenhead

Maidenhead Softball Club is a mixed slow-pitch club with sessions for adults and youths. They offer free taster sessions which are fun for anyone who would like to try it out. No experience needed.

As well as this, the Maidenhead Softball Club have a team where they play home or away for those who want to compete against others. (If you’d like to sign up for the membership, mention ‘Face2Face Direct’ for 10% off the first year).

In the summer months, they play at Summerleaze and in the winter they play indoors at Newlands Girls School.

From January 2023, there will be FREE weekly softball taster sessions every Friday evening between 6pm – 7:30pm at Newlands School, Farm Road, Maidenhead. SL6 8SP for anyone aged 14 years and over.

And FREE softball taster sessions Monday evenings (January 16th & 30th and February 13th & 27th) between 6pm – 7:30pm at Newlands School for youths aged 9 – 14.

You do not need any equipment or experience. Qualified softball coaches will teach you how to play. There are two teams of ten players, where one side will bat and the other will field. You can find out more about the rules here.
