Meditate into Prosperity (MiP) was established based on Jingying’s over 15 years of extensive practice and research in meditation, physical and emotional healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. Her courses, designed for both children and adults, aim to guide participants along a path of inner peace and self-discovery, raising consciousness and unlocking the innate mechanisms for growth and success.
What services does Meditate into Prosperity provide?
Jingying offers a range of meditation services, including both in-person and online teaching, to suit individual preferences. She provides one-on-one training sessions in English and Mandarin, catering to a diverse clientele. To allow prospective clients a chance to experience her teaching style and session format, Jingying also offers Taster Sessions.
Her group courses, designed for small class sizes to enhance the learning experience, are available in Maidenhead and online. In addition to these offerings, Jingying specialises in meditation training for children, expectant and new mothers, and corporate leaders, demonstrating her commitment to promoting mindfulness and personal growth among various groups.
How long are your courses in mindfulness and personal transformation?
Jingying offers comprehensive 5-week courses in mindfulness and personal transformation, each session spanning one hour. In her Meditate into Prosperity (MiP) signature program, she provides a structured 3-level course series – Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced. These levels are meticulously crafted to cater to participants at various stages of their meditation journey and to align with their individual aspirations. Each level is thoughtfully designed to build upon the previous one, ensuring a cohesive and progressive learning experience for all participants.
What are some of the outcomes to expect from attending the meditation sessions?
Attending the meditation sessions, participants can expect a holistic transformation encompassing physical, mental, and emotional aspects. Physically, regular meditation practice can lead to improved relaxation, reduced stress, and enhanced overall well-being. It’s common for individuals to experience better sleep, a decrease in physical tension, and even an improved immune response. Mentally, meditation fosters greater clarity, focus, and cognitive agility. Participants often
find they can concentrate better, think more clearly, and are more creatively inspired. This mental sharpening is invaluable for both personal and professional endeavours. Emotionally, meditation is a powerful tool for regulating mood, building emotional resilience, and enhancing self-awareness. It aids in understanding and managing emotions more effectively, leading to a more balanced and harmonious state of mind.
In the context of MiP courses, these benefits are further amplified. Participants learn to deeply connect with their inner being, expanding their awareness through structured meditation training. This process involves not just learning techniques, but also embarking on a journey of self-discovery, tapping into their inherent potential, and harnessing the power of meditation for manifestation.
How well do children respond to meditation?
Meditation and mindfulness training can be incredibly beneficial for children. Introducing these practices at a young age equips them with valuable tools to navigate life’s difficulties and challenges, fostering an understanding that they have the power within to overcome obstacles. In working with children, it’s essential to adapt and find what resonates with them. Echoing the philosophy of Maria Montessori, it’s important to adapt our approach to each child’s unique needs and learning style. Young children are naturally present and mindful, fully immersed in the moment. As we grow older, external distractions and societal expectations can lead us to become disconnected from our inner selves.
Jingying begins working with children on meditation and mindfulness from the age of 7 onwards. Her approach is far from one-size-fits-all; instead, it focuses on discovering what resonates with each individual child. Recognising the uniqueness of every child, along with their innate talents and creative power, Jingying’s purpose is to help them connect with their inner being, akin to her work with adults. By providing tools and guidance, she aims to help children build confidence, develop self-belief, and cultivate a positive mindset that will support them throughout their lives.
