Norden Farm Night Market

Norden Farm Night Market will be at Norden Farm on Altwood Road, on Saturday 1st July, 6pm – 9pm.

There will be artisan stall holders selling food, drink and gifts. The cafe bar will also be open. Free entry.

Butterfly Guided Walk

There will be a free guided walk to see the butterflies at the Maidenhead Thicket, meeting at the butterfly trail carpark, SL6 4LL on Tuesday 4th July, 2pm.

Looking at butterflies and other woodland wildlife. Free tickets available online.

The 10th Maidenhead Beer and Cider Festival takes place at the NMCC Sports Bar, Summerleaze on Friday 7th 12pm – 11pm and Saturday 8th July 11am – 11pm.

Fi Fest

The 2023 Fi Fest will be at Forest Green Road, Fifield on Saturday 8th July, between 12pm – 10:30pm.

There will be live music and entertainment on stage, including Scouting for Girls, The Feeling plus Barrioke with Barry from Eastenders! There will also be a kidzone with entertainment from Random and Rocks, interactive games, sandpit and more.

Repair Cafe Maidenhead

Book into the Repair Cafe at the Maidenhead Eco Action Hub, Nicholsons Centre on Saturday 8th July, 10am – 3pm.

Run by volunteers, the repair coaches will work with you to fix your loved items. They can repair items such as books, woodwork, electrical items, textiles and glassware.

It is a free event, but you must book your ticket in advance to allocate your time slot.

Maidenhead Farmers’ Market

The Maidenhead Farmers’ Market will be at Grove Road Carpark on Sunday 9th July, 9:30am – 1pm.

There will be fresh local produce such as meat, fish, dairy, bakery, honeys and jams and more.

Face2Face Maidenhead Business Networking

The next Face2Face Maidenhead Business Networking session will be at Masters off York Road on Thursday 13th July, 9:30am – 11:30am.

There will be a complimentary drink from the cafe bar, introductions (bring along your business cards and flyers), a mini workshop from coach Nikita ‘Creating your business aligned with your soul’s purpose’ and a chance to mix and mingle. Tickets are £12.

Kids’ Clothes Swap Eco Action Hub

There will be a kids’ clothes swap at the Eco Action Hub, Nicholson centre on Saturday 15th July, 12pm.

You can donate any childrens clothing (good condition) on the Friday between 10am – 4pm or the Saturday between 10am – 12pm. You will then have tokens to ‘buy’ clothes on the day.

The next vegan market will be on the Maidenhead High Street on Sunday 16th July, 11am – 3pm.

There will be stalls selling vegan delights.

Come and Sing the Musicals!

The Come and Sing series begins at Norden Farm on Tuesday 18th July at 7:30pm – 9:30pm.

Come and Sing the Musicals will be hosted by Tabitha, known for being the face (and voice) of Maidenhead’s Tuneless Choir. Sing like no one is listening – no experience required!

Maidenhead Library 50th Anniversary

There will be celebrations at the Maidenhead Library on St Ives Road the week of Monday 17th July with the main celebrations on Friday 21st July, from 6pm.

During the week, there will be free activities for different ages (some will need to be pre-booked). There will be exhibitions (no need to book) of the history, artwork, best selling books and memorabilia relating to the Wombles (also celebrating 50 years). There will be a range of talks and children’s workshops. Plus a 1970’s karaoke on the morning of Thursday 20th (including a special Wombles visit).

The main celebrations start at 6pm on Friday 21st. Bar, food, experience the Vinyl Frontier (1973 music hits). At 8pm the library will be transformed into a silent disco for adults!

There will be immersive experiences on Saturday 22nd (pre-booking required) and live music on the balcony from 11am.

The Maidenhead Festival

The Maidenhead Festival 2023 will be at Kidwells Park on Saturday 22nd July 10am – approx 10:30pm and Sunday 23rd July 11am – approx 9pm.

There will be live music and entertainment on the main stage, street food and market stalls, kids entertainment, a beach and funfair. And a fireworks display on Saturday night at 10:15pm.

Bugs, Birds and Beasts Day

Sign up for this free event in the summer holidays. Bugs, Birds and Beasts Day will be held at Imperial College London’s Silwood Campus, Ascot, SL5 7PY on Tuesday 25th July between 12pm – 5pm.

Families can go along on a bug hunt, watch live birds eggs develop and find out wonderful facts about the creatures. There’s also pond dipping, and BBQ and refreshments available. Or take a picnic.

Mummies (U) at Norden Farm

The cinema screening of Mummies (U) will be at Norden Farm on Tuesday 25th July at 4:14pm.

Three Egyptian Mummies live in an underground city, but somehow end up in modern day London.

Arts and Crafts at Norden Farm

There will be arts and crafts running throughout that summer holidays at Norden Farm, starting on Tuesday 25th July, Wednesday 26th July and Thursday 27th July at 1:30pm – 2:30pm (and there are dates throughout August).

There are different themes each session, suitable for children aged 5 – 11. Children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Snug and Grub catch a Bug at Norden Farm

Family show Snug and Grub Catch a Bug will be at Norden Farm on Saturday 29th July at 11:30am and 2pm.

A wonderful wiggly adventure for all the family, suitable for ages 3 – 8.

The Craft Coop will be hosting a Craft Market in the Nicholsons Centre on Saturday 29th July, 10am – 4:30pm.

There will be a mix of local sellers ranging from jewellers, candles, dog shampoos and more.
