Halls and Venues to Hire around Maidenhead
If you’re looking for a local hall or venue to hold a party, kids event or for corporate hire, here is a list of a few to check out. There are links and contact details provided so you can make your enquiry.
NMCC Sports Bar
The NMCC Sports Bar is situated at Summerleaze in Maidenhead, SL6 8SP. It has evolved since it started as a tiny clubhouse, and now caters for larger parties and events. These range from birthday parties to wedding receptions. With a vast outdoor space, the NMCC can also supply a marquee. Plus offer catering, help with DJ hire and any other party planning. They have a fully licenced bar and can even help with the marquee decorations – and fit a dance floor if required! There is a large carpark on the premises.

White Waltham Parish Hall
The White Waltham Parish Hall is available to hire for private parties and events. It is located on Waltham Road, SL6 3SG and has its own car park opposite.
The hall has seating for up to 40 people and it has a newly refurbished kitchen.

Woodlands Park Village Centre
The Woodlands Park Village Centre is on Manifold Way, Waltham Road, Maidenhead, SL6 3GW. There are two halls available to hire. There is the Community Hall and the Sports Hall.
The Community Hall is ideal for children’s parties or for adult events. There are tables and chairs – so great for arts and crafts, lego parties and more. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, urns, kettles, plates and cutlery (including plastic ones for children) and cleaning equipment.
The Sports Hall is a great venue for kids sports parties, discos, princess or superhero parties (or any fancy dress!) There’s also an outside space, which has been used in the past for donkey rides!
Adult parties may include birthday or anniversary parties, christening parties or quiz nights.
You can also hire both halls for larger events.

Braywick Court School
Braywick Court School is situated on Hibbert Road, Braywick, SL6 1UU. There is a spacious sports hall available to hire for children’s birthday parties, sports event or any other event.
The hall is only available to hire at weekends or weekdays after 6pm.

Cox Green Scout Hall
Cox Green Scout Hut is on Cox Green Road, Maidenhead, SL6 3ED. There is a spacious hall available to hire for parties, such as children’s birthday parties or events. The hall can be hired for the full day, which gives you time to set up, decorate and tidy up afterwards.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge and hot water urn. Plus cutlery, plates, jugs and cleaning equipment. And there are plenty of tables and chairs to set out if needed.
Outside is a small car park.
Teenage or young adult parties are not encouraged.

Bray Village Hall
Bray Village Hall is situated in the heart of Bray Village, on High Street, Bray, SL6 2AR.
The hall is available to hire for parties, celebrations, charity events, quizzes and events – with a large entertainment area. There is also a carpark and there is wheelchair access.
Other facilities include a fully licensed bar with resident stewards, a main hall with stage, tables and chair, a large kitchen with all mod cons and a white wall perfect for a projector.

Taplow Cricket Club
The Taplow Cricket Club clubhouse is available to hire for functions and parties, and can be found on Berry Hill, Taplow, SL6 OEP.
It is available during non-cricket season (September – April) then during the cricket season is it unavailable on weekends, including Friday evenings.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bar and flexibility to decorate with banners and balloons. There is also an under cover outside seating area.
The indoor space can also be used for meetings or training events.

Pinder Hall Cookham
Pinder Hall is situated on Lower Road, Cookham, SL6 9HF. It is a great venue for children’s parties, discos, events, craft fairs, fitness classes and more.
There is also a large stage, lighting and a PA system and can be set up for theatrical performances, or blacked out for film shows.
There is a large kitchen with a fridge, microwave, cooker and a facility for heating water for teas and coffees.
At the back of the hall there are two meeting rooms which can each seat up to twelve people.
Parking is available at the Medical Centre, where there are slots marked out for Pinder Hall. There is also some street parking.

Boyne Hill Cricket Club
Boyne Hill Cricket Club can be found on Highway Road, Maidenhead, SL6 5AE. This large venue has two separate rooms and a bar which can be hired out exclusively outside of the cricket season (September – April).
And during the summer months, the back room can be hired but the bar may be shared with the cricketers. It is available at weekends only.
There is a large outside seating area and space to hire an outdoor caterer or bouncy castle (when the cricket is not on!) Inside is great for children’s parties, discos, evening events and celebrations. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a car park.

Cookham Dean Cricket Club
Cookham Dean Cricket Club is set in a rural and idyllic location, on Whytladyes Lane, Cookham, SL6 9LF. The club can be hired out for private parties and functions. These include children’s parties, birthday celebrations, receptions, anniversaries and functions.
Those hiring the venue are free to set it out as they wish, as long as it’s left as it’s found. There is a bar and the option to self cater or bring in caterers. There is also a BBQ and kitchen facilities.
There are French doors opening out to a terrace area and there is also free WiFi.

Holyport War Memorial Hall
Holyport War Memorial Hall is on Moneyrow Green, Holyport, SL6 2NA. It is available for hire to organisations, residents and non residents of the village.
The hall can be used for children’s parties, family celebrations, discos, receptions, fundraising events, shows and fitness classes. The hall is light and spacious with a newly refurbished sprung floor. There is a stage and lighting and sound equipment. There’s also an outdoor area and tennis courts to hire.
There is a kitchen equipped with a cooker, fridge, kettle, and microwave for self catering. Plus a large carpark.

Dorney Village Hall
Dorney Village Hall is situated in Dorney Reach, Dorney, SL6 0DS. The hall is available to hire for children’s parties, family parties and celebrations, anniversaries, classes and wedding receptions.
The hall has a main area with a stage. There are also kitchen and storage facilities.
Outside there is a large carpark, a public playground, playing field, multi use games area and tennis courts (these cannot be hired but used on a first come first served basis).
There is also an area outdoors for a bouncy castle.

Maidenhead United Football Club
Maidenhead United Football Club is on York Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1SF. There are two rooms to hire, ideal for small gatherings, wedding receptions, wakes, parties, christenings or meetings.
There is a bar, cellar, kitchen, toilet facilities and a car park. The location is close to the town centre. Reasonable rates.
There is also a big screen available.

Take a look at St Peter’s Church at Furze Platt, SL6 7QU. They have a number of rooms to hire for parties or meetings.
Cox Green Community Centre, SL6 3AX have two halls to hire. They also have a modern equipped kitchen and a licensed bar. There is a bar lounge area, conference and meeting rooms.
Norden Farm, on Altwood Road, Maidenhead, SL6 4PF, who hire out their rooms for parties, receptions, functions or meetings.
