Fireworks and Bonfire Night Events Around Maidenhead
If you’re looking for local bonfire and fireworks displays this year, then we have listed a few in Maidenhead and the surrounding villages for 2023. These organised events will take place to celebrate Guy Fawkes night. Head to the website or event link provided to find further information. Some of the events require pre-booking so do check that out first.
We are not part of the planning – so it’s also good to check with the event organisers for any changes or updates too. And do keep an eye on this list for updates as more events get confirmed.
White Waltham Village Fireworks and Bonfire
The fun starts at 5:30pm on Saturday 28th October, at the field behind the White Waltham Cricket Pitch, SL6 3SH.
The fireworks will be set off when it gets dark. There will be a cake stall, BBQ, bar serving mulled wine, soft drinks, other alcohol and tea and coffee.
Admission is £7.50 per adult, accompanied school aged children free.
Maidenhead and Bray Sports Club
There will be a fireworks display at the cricket/sports club, open from 5pm until 8pm on Friday 3rd November at the Maidenhead and Bray Sports Club, High Street, Bray, SL6 2AA.
There will be a BBQ from 6pm, and the fireworks display will be from 7:30pm – 8pm. There will be refreshments including mulled wine.
Boyne Hill Cricket Club Fireworks
The Boyne Hill Cricket Club fireworks display will be on Saturday 4th November between 5pm – 10:30pm, Highway Road, SL6 5AE.
Traylens Fair will be there with funfair rides, candy floss, stalls and the bar will be open. The fireworks will start at 7:30pm.
£5 per person, family of four £15 and children under 5 go free. Tickets can be purchased online (recommended to avoid queues at the gate). Buy tickets.
Cookham Dean Village Bonfire & Fireworks
The Cookham Dean Village Club bonfire night will be on Saturday 4th November between 5pm – 8pm. It will take place on the Old Cricket Common, SL6 9PY (opposite the village hall.)
There will be a lantern parade at 6:30pm (lanterns can be purchased on the night), the bonfire will be lit at 7pm and the fireworks will start at 7:15pm.
Food and drinks will be available. Suggested donation of £20 per family on the night.
1st Cookham Scouts Bonfire and Fireworks
The 1st Cookham Scouts Bonfire and firework display will be at Grove Island Cookham, SL6 9SR (parking at the Odney Club) on Saturday 4th November. Doors open at 5:30pm, starts at 6:30pm.
Parking and refreshments available. Parking £2 online, £3 on the day. Entry £8 before the day, £10 on the gate.
Holyport College Community Fireworks
The Holyport College community fireworks will be on Saturday 4th November at Holyport College, Ascot Road, SL6 3LE. Gates open at 4:30pm and the fireworks display will start at 6:30pm.
Buy tickets online. Parking is now sold out. All proceeds go towards the Holyport College Foundation. There will be a bonfire, funfair and refreshments.
Burchetts Green Infant School Fireworks
Burchetts Green infant school fireworks night will be on Saturday 11th November between 5pm – 7:30pm, at Burchetts Green infant school, SL6 6QZ.
There will be a bar, hot food to pre-order, a face painter and games for the children. The fireworks will start at 6:30pm. Parking at BCA sports ground. £5 per person, under 4’s go free.
Burnham Park Hall Fireworks
The Burnham Park fireworks will be on Sunday 5th November between 4pm – 8pm. Fireworks are at 7pm. Burnham Park Hall, Windsor Lane, Burnham, SL1 7HR.
Traylens fun fair will be there with rides for all the family. Bar, food and stalls. Tickets are £3 or £10 for two adults and two children. Wristbands must be collected from the BPH reception before 4pm on 3rd Nov.
