Explore Learning is a tuition centre based above Sainsburys in the town centre. It is an educational setting for children aged 4 years to 16 years not only additional Maths and English support, but also provide a further stretch and challenge.

Explore Learning runs throughout term time and during half term, summer, and winter holidays. This gives children an opportunity to continue with their Maths and English when
they have a break from school.

You will have access to your child’s online profile, where you can log in and view your upcoming sessions, reschedule sessions and access to a range of age-based activities as well
as the programme they use in-centre.

Families have the option to attend the centre mainly once or twice a week, but there are options provided for people looking for more. These can be set days and times each week, or they can be changed to fit around other commitments. You can simply log in to their child’s account and change the days.

Sessions can also be moved when children are away or unable to attend the centre. This means you are not paying for wasted sessions. Children can also continue with their learning at home online with games, activities and reading recommendations.

Earning Points at Explore Learning Maidenhead

Every child earns points during their session, whether that be at home or online. They can then save up their points to get a ‘prize’ if they wish. This gives pupils something to work towards and creates a fun and nurturing learning environment.

Progress can also be monitored online and through Progress Meetings allowing you to see what topics your child is working on in real-time.

Regular meetings are set up between parents/carers and managers to discuss where your child is currently working at, along with tailored recommendations of how to best support your child’s learning further.
