Repair Cafe Maidenhead and the Grand Opening of the Eco Action Hub
The Repair Cafe Maidenhead will be returning to the Eco Action Hub, Nicholson Centre on Saturday 1st April, from 10am – 3pm.
The team of repair coaches volunteer to help visitors to fix their beloved items and bring them back to life. The monthly cafe’s are popular, so make sure you book your free ticket in advance and before the Thursday prior to the event. The Eco Action Hub will be opened by former BBC weatherman Peter Gibbs. Superheroes and Villains 5K Fun Run
Superheroes and Villains 5K Fun Run by Stand Out For Autism will be at Braywick Park (starting and finishing at Forest Bridge School) on Sunday 2nd April, 10am – 1:30pm.
Dress up as your favourite superhero or villain and walk, run or push around the course. Money raised goes towards a new sensory bus, and there will be prizes for the best costumes, medals, certificates and Easter eggs. Register online.
Maidenhead Comic Con and Toy Fair
The Maidenhead Comic Con and Toy Fair will be at Braywick Leisure Centre on Sunday 2nd April, 10am – 4pm.
There will be exhibitors, cosplay, retro gaming, card game area, and movie cars.
Tickets can be purchased online (it’s slightly cheaper this way) or on the door on the day.
Let’s Dive In! Easter Holiday Activities
Local swim school, Let’s Dive In! will be running activities during the Easter half term that can be booked now at Claire’s Court girls’ school pool, Monday 3rd April – Thursday 6th April, 10:15am – 11:45am.
These sessions are for swimmers stage 4 and upwards, ages 9- 15 years. Sessions include diving, starts and turns, water polo, rookie lifeguard, underwater Easter egg hunt, games and more. £20 a day.
Animals!
Animals! is an empowering uplifting performance about animals, humans and nature showing at Norden Farm on Tuesday 4th April, 11:30am and 2pm as part of the Quest Family Fest.
Featuring original songs, suitable for ages six years and over.
The Amazing Bubbleman
See Louis Pearl as The Amazing Bubbleman at Norden Farm, on Wednesday 5th April at 11:30am and 2pm.
He will show off breath taking bubble tricks and mix them with comedy, artistry and audience participation.
Local Producers’ Market
The Easter Local Producers’ Market will be at Stubbings Nursery on Friday 7th April between 10am – 3pm.
There will be locally produced products such as honey, gin, sweet and savoury goods, jewellery, crafts and gifts.
Explore Day
Explore Day is back as part of the Quest Family Fest at Norden Farm on Good Friday 7th April, from 9:30am.
These taster workshops will run throughout the day, each lasting one hour. Workshops will need to be booked in advance as they sellout quick, and there are sessions such as circus skills, DJ skills, chocolate egg decorating, drama and more. They are for different age groups for children to attend on their own and some are family workshops.
There will be food, drinks and snacks available throughout the day at the cafe bar, and there is an option to purchase a child’s packed lunch.
Easter Fayre Oaken Grove Park
Angela’s Appeals will host a Good Friday family funday at Oaken Grove Park on Friday 7th April between 1pm – 5pm.
There will be stalls, games, refreshments, Easter egg hunt and more.
Wrong Jovi
Bon Jovi tribute band Wrong Jovi will be live at Norden Farm on Saturday 8th April at 8pm.
The band have had compliments from Bon Jovi star Richie Sambora as they have an uncanny resemblance to the real thing. Expect to hear all the classic hits and more.
Maidenhead Farmers’ Market
The monthly Farmers’ Market returns to Grove Road carpark on Sunday 9th April between 9:30am – 1pm.
There will be fresh produce such as meat, fish, dairy, bakery, preserves and more.
Spice up your Brunch
This month’s bottomless brunch will be a Spice Girl theme at The Lord Grenfell, Saturday 22nd April between 11am – 2pm.
For this over 18’s event, expect entertainment, Spice Girl themed games and quizzes, bottomless brunch and shot prizes!

Traylen’s Family Funfair
Traylen’s Fun Fair comes to the Maidenhead Town Moor, SL6 8RG, between Friday 21st April – Monday 1st May. Open Friday 5pm – 9pm, Saturday 2pm – 9pm, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday 2pm – 8pm.
All rides £2 (excludes dodgems and activities) and the dinosaur invasion (meet the dinosaurs) is on Saturday 29th April between 2pm – 6pm.
Maidenhead Waterways Fun Day
There will be a fun day at the Maidenhead Waterways, town centre and amphitheatre on Saturday 22nd April, between 10am – 3pm.
It is free to attend, and there will be live music, stilt walking, a singing mermaid, travelling farm, paddleboarding and canoeing, the Crazy Flamingo Chase, entertainment and more!
