24 Hour Hiitstep Charity Event
The Thames Hospice have collaborated with E.L.Fitness or organise a 24 hour Hiitstep charity event. The event is to raise money for the Thames Hospice and is in memory of Jo Stafford who recently spent her final weeks at the Thames Hospice. It will take place at Cookham Dean Cricket Club, Whyteladyes Lane, Cookham, SL6 9LF on Friday 15th September from 5pm, and continuing all day on Saturday 16th September 2023.
There will be 30 step stations in use over the 24 hour period, with 2 of them in constant use and the others running ad hoc.
Those who would like to take part set their own challenges, meaning they do not need to participate for the entire 24 hours. It’s a fun way to support the charity – no matter what your level of fitness is. It’s not too late to get involved.

Family Funday
As well as having the Hiitstep challenge going on, there will also be a family fun event, with a BBQ, raffle, tombola, cake stall and more. The family hours on the Friday evening will be from 5pm – 8pm, with music, family fun, fancy dress and glow sticks! Adults are welcome to stay after 8pm.
The fun then carries on during Saturday with the stalls, food, tombola and more!
